As well as using the services of local NAMAS approved testing laboratories, we have our own in house laboratory where we can test:
- Chemical composition via ICP-OES and XRF
- Powder oxygen, nitrogen, carbon, and sulphur by
Eltra systems - Particle size by laser diffraction and sieving
- Particle shape by Hall and Carney funnels, density cup,
Tap Density, Optical Microscopy - Compressibility and Green Strength
Production
Our production processes are monitored by process control systems throughout the whole production cycle, ensuring a consistent, high quality, product.
Quality
We operate a quality management system compliant to the requirements of BS ISO 9001 :2015.
